Dr. Péter Csaba

Dr. Csaba Péter has experience in all relevant areas of business law with special focus on real estate law. He has extensive experience in the legal structuring of large-scale real estate projects, greenfield and brownfield investments, advising on the management of clients' real estate portfolios, as well as in the field of construction law, legal support from the legal aid to the arrangement of the official permits and licenses, to the elaboration of construction contracts and legal support to investments with the involvement of a construction trustee.
He also has wide-ranging background in the field of corporate transactions, including in particular domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, mergers and divisions.
