Before joining BDO Legal Jokay Law Firm, Edit acted as deputy prosecutor at the Capital General Prosecutor’s Office in Hungary (Department of Private Law) where she gained significant civil law experiences especially in corporate law and in the field of law of civil society organisations (particularly foundations).
Edit’s main area of specialisation is corporate law and law of civil society organisations (particularly foundations).
She has extensive expertise in civil law, especially in the following areas: law of contracts; real estate law.
