Dr. Ildikó Mészáros

Ildikó is an attorney-at-law, both with a bar exam and LL.M postgraduate degree in the field of international law (from Dresden, Germany) and energy law (University Pécs), practicing law at BDO Consulting and its partner law firm, Jókay and Partners since 2015.
As an attorney she has been mainly engaged in legal consultancy services in Hungarian, English and German, primarily for companies with foreign background; she has an extensive experience in civil law, with special regard to company law and energy law. She has previously participated in numerous company due diligence processes with special regard to the legal background of mergers.
During her professional work, she has gained experience and attitude to deal with aspects and problems of multinational corporations. As legal consultant at one of the leading energy trading groups in the Hungarian domestic energy sector, her main tasks included the conclusion of wholesale power contracts and the establishment of the necessary financial background to such wholesale projects.
