He is an attorney with 15 years of experience in banking and capital markets law, including in the areas of payment law, investment services, restructuring and lending. For more than 13 years, he provided day-to-day legal advice to a German-controlled Hungarian credit institution and was involved in the implementation of PSD I and MiFID II in Hungary on the credit institution side.
He has been involved in coordinating a team of several hundred litigators
in the portfolio of a leading Hungarian credit institution, and has significant experience in representing credit institutions in civil litigation.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in government work on e-commerce and digital financial innovation, as well as in the creation and operation of JV companies involving government and foreign investors.
