Róbert Tárnok

Róbert holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Corvinus University of Budapest.
He has gained corporate finance, banking and finance experience partly in Frankfurt in the investment banking field, in the development of acquisition finance structures and partly in M&A transactions, valuations and due diligence assignments for both large corporate and SME clients. His expertise includes unstructured corporate finance, large corporate bond finance and credit ratings.
