How we work
Assessment
Prior to training, we carry out a staff assessment, in the light of which we propose the depth and topics of training. As colleagues are part of the IT network of the company you are working with, the assessment is most effective when it is part of an IT audit. In this way, we can make relevant improvement recommendations at process, human resources and technology level at the same time.
Education
It is often the simplest issues that staff are most in need of training on, so we often provide training on subjects as simple as how to use office software, keyboard shortcuts, secure browsing, or how to identify suspicious emails. These skills will both speed up your work and make it safer.
Proactivity
In the case of long-term cooperation, for example as part of a full system administration service, we can also proactively suggest training that we believe is necessary. Based on our experience of using the network, we can identify recurring issues and if these can be addressed through education alone without hardware investment, we will indicate this.
