In the course of the service, we will assess which current and expected legal requirements apply to the company in question, determine which other non-statutory requirements and recommendations are relevant for the company (e.g. due to supplier compliance). On these basis we will propose a reporting methodology and data structure development in an ESG approach, which can be modified and expanded as the legal environment changes.
