In light of the requirements of the client, we assist in the identification of pertinent projects (e.g. renewable energy investments, waste management, water treatment systems, green real estate projects). Once the projects have been identified, we create a green financing framework based on international standards that outlines the purpose of the resource, the use of proceeds, reporting and decision making mechanisms. We support the company in obtaining an international, independent rating (SPO - second party opinion). Following the successful issuance of green loans or bonds, we assist our clients in preparing the annual reporting requirements to investors for the duration of the loan or bond.
